We serve a mix of residential customers and contractors—offering both direct-to-customer services and subcontracted flooring installs for new construction. Our seasonal lead times range from 3 to 8 weeks, and we work hard to remain flexible and responsive throughout the entire process.

Board Savvy was founded by three like-minded partners: Randy Johnson and Hunter Ayres, with over 18 years of combined experience in woodworking and floor installation, and Lisa Ross, who brings more than 30 years of sales and customer service expertise. Together, they’ve created a company where precision and people matter equally.
Randy and Hunter handle estimates, delivery, and hands-on installation, while Lisa supports clients through scheduling, quotes, and flooring selection. We bring an honest, helpful approach to every interaction—making sure you feel confident and cared for from start to finish.
